                 assionate about Human Centric Design I approach solving business                                             problems and opportunities by focusing on co-creating value for all                                             stakeholders with a predominantly ‘user-first’ mentality. I apply Design Thinking practices to promote cross-disciplinary collaboration, design that is driven by insights from research and testing, and an iterative approach to refining solutions, all of which fosters an environment in which innovation can flourish.

I bring a business viability lens to the design process to achieve a balance between the sustainability and efficiency needs of a business and the desirability and task completion needs of the end-user. My unique skillset founded in audit, management consulting and UX design equips me to excel in Service Design, designing both front stage experiences along with back stage processes that support and optimise both front (customer) and back (employee) stage experiences in a seamless end-to-end service delivery journey. This is complemented by my ability to engage and connect with people easily including C-level executives, to capture their buy-in and confidence.

 

As a I Design Researcher I plan, conduct, synthesise and analyse research for the purpose of deriving insights that will inform design in UX and SD projects. My ability to engage and connect with people easily, allows me to quickly access deep insights into their behaviour whilst my business background assists me in orderly synthesis and analysis of the data to extract meaningful and actionable insights.
